Chrissy and Deon were married at Heritage Lutheran Church in Valparaiso on a beautiful but cold Saturday. While Di was at Chrissy’s parents home taking some great pictures of the bride I took the guys on a walk thru Valparaiso for some urban shots. We did backup traffic a few times but everyone was patient with us. The groom is from South Africa along with some of his groomsmen plus others were from Germany and England. Great group of guys. The wedding party was awesome and definitely into pictures which made it so easy on us to get some great shots. The reception was at the home of Chrissy’s parents in the largest tent I have ever seen. Along with both a band and DJ this was a nite of fun and dancing. Beth and Jeremy were married at The International Friendship Gardens in Michigan City, IN. What started out as a rainy day in the morning turned around and ended up being just beautiful in the early afternoon just in time for the ceremony. Friendship Gardens is a great place to have a wedding, especially under the canopy which acts as a giant light diffuser for this beautiful light. After the wedding everyone went over to the Duneland Beach Inn. If your looking to have a small intimate reception then I highly recommend this place. It was perfiect for what Beth and Jeremy had.
